Osho Meditation

We live in a fast paced world, cultural and social conditioning, always stimulated by external distractions, rarely taught to turn inwards and search for the happiness within ourselves, rather than believing that something materialistic will give us peace of mind, fulfilment and happiness.

There comes a point in our lives when we realise this and begin to wonder what is the true meaning of life, what hides behind the curtain of superficial, mundane chores that we are programmed to accept as the goal of our existence here and now.

This is the moment when we feel eager to go beyond the logical mind. So now, having in consideration that our mind is overstimulated by everyday activities and stressful situations, sometimes it’s not possible for the contemporary man to get into that state of stillness, awareness, having the mind and senses completely silent and the consciousness fully awake. Our meditation centre offers specially designed Active and Passive meditations which were created by Osho for the modern man.

Being consistent in our meditation practice we connect with our true being on a deeper level, enabling ourselves to observe our own feelings and reactions from grounded distance. It helps us change the way we are dealing with stress by altering our relationship to ourselves and to our own mental reactions and emotional patterns.
